Angela Bell has vast experience in the Nursing world. From working in busy rural and urban hospitals, to working with individuals with cognitive and behavioral challenges, in a home and community based setting. Her caring and hardworking attitude has built an impressive repertoire of skills within her field. Her persistent nature of "we can all do better" has guided her employment history to be a leader in her field. Her skills and experience have continued to improve as she challenges herself with ongoing education. Angela does everything from individual care planning to training and education to systems reviews. Her ability to see the larger picture and build efficiencies within complex medical environments has been a huge asset to many. She is personable, compassionate and driven to find solutions to challenges.

Andrew Bell
Andrew has worked in the Community Care sector for over 15 years and gained a wealth of knowledge contributing to his expertise in consulting. He has been working in a senior management role for a very successful community care organization, gaining extensive experience in system and organizational management. His passion for creating high functioning teams with a sincere approach, has been his key to success. Andrew has traveled all over BC developing, implementing, and managing an array of programs for the disabilities sector. He is currently a CARF surveyor and visits agencies across North America, reviewing organizations for standards compliance. Andrew works with agencies to help develop, train and enhance systems and processes for CARF, operations management, licensing, and MCFD. Andrew is driven by learning opportunities and challenges. His determination to increase the well-being of all individuals through education and creation of functional systems has been an asset.
